Technical Difficulties

Yes, we have all had them.  Sometimes they are not our fault, sometimes accidents happen to cause them.  In my case, it was an accident mixed with some not my fault.  For the accidental part, welllll, I kinda spilled coffee on my laptop, OOPSIE.  So, ya the keyboard, of course, got fried.  So, I look REALLY awesome carrying around a latop with no keyboard on it attached to a monster keyboard.  WOW, it makes the screen REALLY far away, not good for nearsighted people.  It’s that darn pregnancy belly, it gets in the way and I forget it’s there sometimes! :-)  Ok, now for the “not my fault” part.  The lights are going out in my screen.  It started in the lower left hand corner and it is slowly making its way up and across my screen.  Hmm, wonder how long THAT will last.  So now it is in both the left hand corners of the screen AND in some toward the middle.  Fun, very fun.  Also, the fan, hardrive, something, seems to run more often than normal, like something is running in the background, though nothing is, I have checked.  It is off and on, off and on, off and on, all day.  Then of course, the battery, ya what battery.  I can’t even use my laptop as a laptop anyway so I guess it doesn’t matter that my battery now lasts all of 25 minutes!  Though, I know batteries run down, THAT is expected!  So, we are not sure what we will do.  We don’t want to get a new replacement keyboard, only to find out the screen goes out as soon as we buy that, AND have to buy a new battery.  SOOO we are contemplating on whether or not to get a new computer.  It would be one Andrew and I would share, and one we could use possibly for Children’s for Transformation in the future.  So, its kinda annoying, but things break.  However, it DOES seem all expensive things go out at once!  Am I right!?  Well, at least if our refrigerator or any other appliance stops working, we are renting, so THEY would pay for a new one.  PHEW!
