Em-pulse

Well, I haven’t blogged in a few days, so I figure I would.  Nothing really new here.  Sunday was pretty good as always and we had some of the guys over after church for chilie.  As always, that is a blast.  I love getting to know great people and hang with friends.  Today was a pretty slow day.  I did laundry and walked on the treadmill while I watched a TV show on the computer.  I LOVE technology nowdays!  Certainly makes exercising more enjoyable!   Then I got together with a great friend for some coffee and just talked.  We shared what God has been doing in our lives and where we feel He may be leading each of us.  It is awesome to have friends like that.  If you don’t have one, I suggest getting one.  YOu need someone to encourage you in your faith, encourage you to grow, challenge you.  We also both talked about how we journal what God is doing in our lives and signs we see of Him speaking to us.  It is a wonderful tool to have.  If you don’t have a journal, GET ONE!  It is so amazing to go back and re-read things from your past and see how God was working to bring all of those days together for His glory, to fullfill His plan for your life.  I know my journal isn’t completely finished, but I certainly see the fingerprints of God in it thus far.  I can’t wait to see what He leads me to write next!  God Bless!
